Manchester Properties LLC

Veterans who need help buying a home.

At Manchester Properties, we believe in helping out our community. In doing so: we offer fair commission pricing on buying and selling a homes, commercial business, and investment properties. We have all the networking, marketing, and experience necessary to ensure a smooth transition from one home to another.

Being a combat veteran myself, the need to have someone check your six is still there. When I bought my home, Manchester Properties made it simple to navigate the VA loan hurtles. They also set me up with a lender and title company that knew exactly what needed to be done. This is why I joined their team, to assist other veterans.

Owner Profile

Patrick Manchester

I've been in residential real estate since 2009.  I started by buying and selling investment property for a Colorado Springs investor, and recently transitioned into the retail side of the business.  Now I'm using my knowledge and experience to help buyers and sellers.  To be successful at real estate investment, I had to be great at negotiating cordially, and I had to be outstanding at knowing what houses were worth. My approach to real estate has always been to be 100% honest and to present as much information as possible so my clients can make informed decisions without me being pushy.  My goal in every transaction is to leave my clients thrilled to have worked with me, and to create positive relationships with everybody involved.  Real estate is first and foremost a people business, and I keep that in mind every day. When I'm not helping people buy and sell houses, I love to play golf at all of the gorgeous courses Colorado has to offer.  A few times a year, I like to drive to Arizona and play golf in the desert.  Since I was a kid, cars have always captivated my interest.  I love browsing the internet looking for cars for sale, and even more than that, I love chatting with other car enthusiasts!  I recently purchased a 1968 Datsun 2000, and I love cruising around town and meeting people that come up to talk about it.  If you see me, feel free to come say hello!
