VetHead Brand

Classic Representation. Modern Look.

Vet*Head Brand (V*HB) offers modern and sleek version of the traditional (but still awesome AF) veteran service hats without compromising classic representation. While there will always be a market for the traditional veteran service hats, we all know and love some of the “new greatest generation” of veterans may not want to wait till they have earned that right to wear them.

V*HB isn’t (or won’t be) just for Veterans. Whether you’re active duty, Reserves, National Guard, Blue Star family, family of a service member or Veteran, or a Patriot who shares the same love for our country and supports our men and woman in uniform – V*HB is and will be for everyone! V*HB aims to be all inclusive. And when we say all-inclusive, we mean all-inclusive so stay tuned!

Owner Profile

David Jace Rodriguez and Maria Rodriguez

A city boy born and raised in NYC I joined the NY Army National Guard as a "13 Bang Bang" Cannon Crewmember in the early 1990s. When my wife Maria, V*HB Co-Owner and Creator of the soon-to-debut V*HB Woman Veteran line, decided to go AD in 1995 after spending a couple of years in the Army Reserves, I spent the next six years as a defendant (hey, don't knock it till you try it). During some of that time I served in the Army Reserves as an 88N Transportation Management Coordinator. When my wife decided to separate in 1999, I did not hesitate and enlisted for AD when I was 29 as a 74C Telecommunications Operator/Maintainer aka P.OG. My first duty station was Mannheim, GE where I was automatically re-classified to 25B (74B back then) Information Systems Specialist. In my nearly 8 years of AD service, I served one tour in the Republic of Georgia in support of missions leading up to Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and one tour in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). In late 2003 I PCSed to Ft. Meade, Maryland and worked at the National Security Agency (NSA) for a while before I was pulled to be placed in charge of our Platoon. In late 2005 I came down on special duty orders for Recruiting and was stationed at FT. Hamilton, NY where I ETSed in 2007 as a SSG and moved to fabulous Las Vegas where VetHead Brand and the Vegas Golden Knights were born.
